Medina Chamber organizes an introductory workshop on the real estate ownership system for non-Saudis

<The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Medina, in cooperation with the Public Authority for Real Estate, organized an introductory workshop on the updated system of non-Saudis owning real estate and the draft executive regulations associated with it, in the presence of the Secretary General of the Chamber Ahmed Zeidan, members of the Real Estate Development Committee, and a number of members of the real estate sector in the region.

The workshop aimed to clarify the statutory provisions related to the ownership of non-Saudis of real estate, in addition to explaining the mechanisms of applying the executive regulations, in order to contribute to raising the value of the real estate sector in the region. The workshop aimed to clarify the statutory provisions related to the ownership of real estate by non-Saudis and explain the mechanisms for implementing the executive regulations, in order to raise legal and organizational awareness among investors and interested parties, and enhance the attractiveness of the investment environment in the real estate sector, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

This workshop comes in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. This workshop comes as part of a series of meetings and introductory programs implemented by the Medina Chamber in partnership with government agencies, with the aim of supporting the real estate system and enhancing awareness of regulatory procedures among investors and professionals in the sector.
