Names of neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate registry in the Eastern Province

The Authority explained that the neighborhoods benefiting from Real Estate Registry at this stage include the following neighborhoods in Al-Ahsa Governorate: Al Faisaliyah Second Neighborhood, Golden Belt Neighborhood, Al Faisal Neighborhood, Al Qadisiyah Neighborhood, Al Yasmine Neighborhood, Al Yarmouk Neighborhood, Muhassan Aramco First Neighborhood, Muhassan Aramco Second Neighborhood, Muhassan II, part of Um Sabah, part of Al Rashidiyah First, part of Al Nuzha, part of Cordoba, and part of Muhairis, Al-Sinaiya neighborhood, Al-Warud I neighborhood, Al-Warud II neighborhood, part of Al-Ghuwaybah agricultural area, Al-Jisha town, Al-Taraf town, Al-Iskan neighborhood, Al-Khuzama neighborhood, Al-Rawda neighborhood, Al-Sahla neighborhood, Al-Majasa neighborhood, Al-Nakheel neighborhood, Al-Nuzha neighborhood, Government Departments Complex neighborhood, Date City neighborhood, Hajar I, Hajar II and Hajar IV neighborhoods.

<The neighborhoods benefiting from real estate registry at this stage in the Eastern Province include the following neighborhoods in Ras Tanura Governorate: Al Naim, Cordoba, Al Zohour, Al Faihaa, Al Rawda, Al Dana, Al Muntazah, Al Andalus, Industrial I and Industrial II. Real Estate Registration includes the following neighborhoods in Jubail Governorate: Al-Jawhara neighborhood, Al-Rawda neighborhood, Al-Rabwa neighborhood, Al-Salam neighborhood, Al-Bahr neighborhood, Al-Hamra neighborhood, Granada neighborhood, Cordoba neighborhood, Seville neighborhood and Al-Aziziya neighborhood, explaining that the selection of the neighborhoods came according to specific criteria, and the rest of the regions, governorates and neighborhoods that will be subject to real estate registration work in various regions of the Kingdom will be announced in the coming periods.

The Authority indicated that the neighborhoods were selected according to specific criteria. <The Authority indicated that the first registration of real estate in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform: https://rer.sa/ or through service centers, noting that in-kind registration requires the existence of a title deed that meets the statutory requirements to complete the registration process.

The Authority called on property owners in areas and neighborhoods subject to in-kind registration to verify the title deed of the property and the availability of the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, and can inquire about the registration steps through the official platforms of the Authority or by calling the Customer Service Center 199002.

Starting from the date set for the start of registration, a "property number“ and a title deed will be issued for each real estate unit that is registered, and the title deed will include property data, descriptions, status, rights and obligations associated with accurate geospatial information to contribute to the enhancement of infrastructure and sustainability of the real estate sector, and the real estate registration system aims to increase real estate reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.
