Deposited Real Estate Development Fund today, one billion forty-two million riyals, into the accounts of beneficiaries of Housing Support Program administered by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund, for the month of August 2025.

The Real Estate Fund clarified that the total support for August was allocated to subsidize the profits from contracts under Housing Support programs, as part of efforts to support and improve beneficiaries“ ability to own homes, thereby achieving the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the programs under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

He emphasized that work continues on developing financing solutions, in partnership with financial institutions and real estate developers, with the aim of facilitating the home-ownership journey and enhancing home-ownership opportunities in line with available options and best financing recommendations.

It is worth noting that the Real Estate Development Fund provides housing support program services electronically through the Fund’s online portal, in addition to the ”Real Estate Advisor” service; to enable beneficiaries to tailor their housing support and receive the best financing and housing recommendations.
