To provide direct and rapid access to all data regarding ticket prices and marketing yields across all global markets, Saudi Arabian Airlines has signed an agreement with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) ," under which Saudi Airlines will be provided with all information from the »DDS" program for direct data solutions by establishing a direct and rapid connection to all data regarding ticket prices and marketing yields in all global markets.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, Director General of Saudi Arabian Airlines, and Tony Tyler, Director General and CEO of the International Air Transport Association, during their recent meeting in Jeddah, in the presence of executives from Saudi Arabian Airlines and the Arab and International Air Transport Unions as part of the 48th General Assembly of the Arab Air Transport Union, currently being held in Jeddah.
Mr. Saleh Al-Jasser expressed his pleasure at signing the agreement with IATA, which takes effect today, noting that this program aims to help airline executives worldwide make strategic decisions regarding the optimal planning of their flight networks.
For his part, Tony Tyler expressed his delight at visiting the Kingdom, signing the agreement, and collaborating with Saudi Arabian Airlines, saying: "This agreement marks a new step in our growing relationship with Saudi Airlines, following several previous significant milestones.
