1,367 real estate developers to be qualified through Tamamam in the first half of 2025

The Developer Services Center (TAMAMAM) of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing announced the qualification of (1,367) real estate developers during the first half of 2025, reflecting the growing confidence in the regulatory and professional system and the expansion of the base of beneficiaries of the center's services.

In its half-year report, the Center explained that the total services completed through “Completion” reached (1,757) services, while the area approved through the “Baladi” platform exceeded (2.75) million m2, which contributes to accelerating the pace of approval and expanding the size of real estate projects in various regions of the Kingdom.

The Center implemented during the first half of the year. During the same period, the center implemented a package of qualitative services, including (95) requests for infrastructure approval in coordination with the Communications, Space and Technology Authority, and (43) requests to receive infrastructure for developers, in addition to completing (48) transactions related to marginalization and lifting marginalization on real estate instruments, within a path that keeps pace with the quality of the judicial and engineering services provided through “Tajamal”.

It is one of the vital executive arms in the real estate sector, providing integrated services that include issuing licenses, reviewing designs, approving plans, off-plan sales services, judicial and engineering services, in addition to rehabilitation services, within a flexible operational model that aims to create a stimulating real estate environment in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
