The real estate market in the Kingdom is witnessing accelerated steps towards digital transformation and simplifying procedures, but some simple mistakes on the part of the dealing parties may lead to disrupting the registration process of real estate brokerage contracts and not completing it as required.

<The General Authority for Real Estate explained that one of the most prominent common mistakes that hinder the registration of real estate brokerage contracts is that the "Send for approval" box does not appear, which prevents the completion of sending the contract to the other party for approval. To avoid this issue, the Authority indicated a set of steps that beneficiaries should adhere to, including:

  • Make sure all mandatory fields in the contract are completed.
  • Verify that the other party's data such as name, vision, and description are correct.
  • If the issue persists, try signing up from a different browser or device.

These clarifications come as part of the Authority's efforts to raise awareness among customers in the real estate sector and ensure the smooth flow of procedures, which contributes to enhancing transparency and increasing the reliability of digital transactions.
