The General Authority for Real Estate announced the start of in-kind registration of real estate plots distributed in several cities within the Kingdom, explaining the conditions necessary to complete the registration process within the specified period, with the aim of supporting the real estate sector and ensuring transparency to serve the interests of investors.

Registration start date

According to the Public Authority for Real Estate, in-kind registration of real estate plots will start in a number of regions as follows: 2,797 plots in 23 neighborhoods in the Riyadh region, 37,604 plots in 41 neighborhoods in the Makkah region, and 13,651 plots in 13 neighborhoods in the Eastern Province.

The in-kind registration process, as announced by the Real Estate Authority, will begin on September 28, 2025, and the registration process will continue until January 1, 2026, and the Authority has specified a number of conditions that must be met when registering.
