As part of the Kingdom’s commitment to empowering stakeholders—both individuals and organizations—to participate in decision-making by sharing their opinions and suggestions regarding new projects, the unified online platform for soliciting feedback from the public and government agencies has been launched “Survey“, affiliated with the National Center for Competitiveness, has launched a number of projects related to economic and development issues, totaling 40 projects, in collaboration with 20 government agencies.
The projects presented via the unified electronic platform for soliciting opinions from the public and government agencies “Istislaa,” a number of areas, including a project related to electrical quality standards and criteria, for which the comment period ends on October 1, and a project related to the surveying and geospatial information system, which ends on October 17.
The General Real Estate Authority also launched, via the platform, the “Regulatory Framework for the Legislative Sandbox.“ The aim of this project is to provide a flexible and regulated environment that allows entrepreneurs, investors, and digital real estate service providers to test innovative business models under the Authority’s supervision.
This project serves as a model for supporting innovation in the real estate sector and empowering stakeholders to develop new services and technologies that enhance market efficiency and improve the user experience, within a pilot environment that ensures governance and reduces regulatory risks, The consultation on the project ends on October 18, 2025.
