Real Estate Registry started today to receive applications for the first in-kind registration of (54052) real estate parcels in Riyadh, Makkah, and the Eastern Province.

Beneficiary neighborhoods in Al Kharj Governorate

The Real Estate Registry explained that the registration includes the following neighborhoods in Al-Kharj Governorate: Al Reef, Al Safi, part of Al Sahbaa, private areas, Al Rihab, Al Naseem, Al Nafl, Al Taawun, Al Taawun, Al Nada, Al Rimal, Al Manar, Al Thulima, Al Qayrawan and parts of Al Waha neighborhood, while the following neighborhoods in Al Dilm governorate include: Part of the Al-Adra neighborhood and an adjacent real estate area, Scheme 1149 and an adjacent real estate area, part of Scheme 1160 in Al-Mujamah, and part of Um Aniq neighborhood and an adjacent real estate area in Houta Sudair.

Neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate registry in Makkah

Registration includes the following neighborhoods in Makkah: Parts of Khalidiya neighborhood, part of Rusayfah neighborhood, part of Salama neighborhood, Aqaba neighborhood, part of Hamra neighborhood, part of Badr neighborhood, part of Asila neighborhood, part of Al-Maqam neighborhood, part of Batha Quraish neighborhood, part of Al-Nuzha neighborhood, Al-Shuhada neighborhood, and Al-Shuhada neighborhood. Registration includes the following neighborhoods in the Eastern Province in Al Khafji Governorate: Al-Shati, Al-Nuzha, Al-Faiha, Al-Rayyan, Al-Durra, Government Circles, Al-Rawda, Al-Amal, King Fahd, Al-Nahda, Al-Khalidiya, Al-Andalus East, in addition to Al-Rayyan neighborhood in Hafar Al-Batin governorate.

<The Real Estate Registry stressed that the owners of properties located within the scope of the neighborhoods must register their properties before the end of January 1, 2026, and the location of the property can be checked if it is within the announced areas through the Real Estate Registry platform, adding that the registration of properties is done through the Real Estate Registry platform (https://rer. sa/) or the Real Estate Registry application.He pointed out that it is necessary to register real estate during the specified period to benefit from the services of the Real Estate Registry, implement real estate transactions easily and conveniently, and avoid the penalties and fines specified by the Real Estate Registration System.

The Registry continues its work through the Real Estate Registry platform (_COPY/) or the Real Estate Registry application. <As part of its efforts to increase reliability and transparency in the sector by building a comprehensive real estate registry in the Kingdom, which will be a unified reference for all real estate data, a “property number” and a title deed will be issued for each real estate unit that is registered. The new title deed will include the exact geographical location of the property, its owner's data, descriptions, status, rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it, to be the basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, in order to contribute to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its main enablers.

The real estate zones are determined according to several criteria and based on the role of the General Authority for Real Estate as the competent authority for in-kind registration of real estate in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers and the provisions of the Real Estate Registration Law, while the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) carries out the work of establishing and managing the real estate registry in the Kingdom using geospatial data and modern technologies through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.
