On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, the Real Estate Committee at Riyadh Chamber will organize the “Real Estate Diwaniya“ meeting, which focuses on the role of Real Estate Registry in enabling the real estate sector system and enhancing transparency and reliability. The event will take place at the VIP Hall of the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center at 5:30 p.m.
Dr. Dr. Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Sulaiman, CEO of the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry), will be the keynote speaker, while Mr. Abdullah Abulnour will moderate the discussion.
The meeting will deal with several topics, most notably real estate registration in terms of the idea and concept, the efforts and achievements made by the Real Estate Registry in the recent period, in addition to its direct impact on real estate ownership and the real estate sector in general.
The meeting will also review the latest technologies in the field of real estate registration. The latest technologies used in registration processes and their importance in establishing the principles of transparency and reliability will also be reviewed, in addition to an interactive discussion session with the attendees.
