The White Land Program and vacant properties have completed the process of monitoring all lands within the urban area of Riyadh, analyzing their data and linking them electronically to deeds, licenses and municipal services, this step comes within the framework of enhancing the efficiency of the advanced digital system, which relies on artificial intelligence techniques and big data analysis.

The program explained that this achievement is part of the development of the Smart Monitoring System recently announced by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. This system has shown high accuracy in automatically identifying buildings and vacant lands by more than 85%, which enhances the effectiveness of real-time monitoring and follow-up and limits attempts to circumvent the system.
