<In a move that reflects the Kingdom's commitment to strengthening the aviation infrastructure and improving the passenger experience, Dammam Airports Company announced the signing of a set of strategic contracts and agreements worth more than SAR 500 million, in the presence of H.E. Abdulaziz Al Dailej, Chairman of the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Chairman of Dammam Airports Holding.

Developing the infrastructure of Eastern Province airports

These contracts aim to develop the infrastructure of the Eastern Province airports, improve the passenger experience, and accelerate the pace of digital transformation in airport services, within an ambitious vision in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Integrated Aviation Program of the National Transport and Logistics Strategy.

<The signed projects include vital areas, most notably improving operational efficiency, expanding passenger facilities, and modernizing technical systems to keep pace with the latest international standards in the aviation industry. The investments also include advanced digital technology projects that contribute to simplifying procedures and raising the quality of services provided to travelers, thus enhancing the regional and international competitiveness of the Kingdom's airports.

Al-Dailaj said, stressing that Dammam airports represent a central pillar in this system, and that these investments come within ongoing efforts to implement the objectives of the National Strategy for Transport and Logistics.

For his part, Engineer Mohammed bin Ali Al Hassani, CEO of Dammam Airports, explained that the new contracts represent a qualitative leap in the development of the airport, noting that these projects focus on infrastructure and passenger experience, as well as ambitious investments in modern technology solutions, which are the cornerstone of the future of the aviation industry.
