<The Authority stated that Real Estate Registration will end in 20 neighborhoods in Al-Ahsa Governorate, namely: (Al Rayyan neighborhood, Triangle neighborhood, Oasis neighborhood, King Faisal University I, King Faisal University II, King Faisal University III, First Education Affiliates, Hajar neighborhood, part of the green belt, part of Doha neighborhood, part of Al Ghuwaiba agricultural area, Al Majidiya neighborhood, Al Jawhara neighborhood, Al Capital neighborhood, Government Departments Complex II, Al Aziziya neighborhood, Al Sanidiya neighborhood, Manifa neighborhood, Al Bustan neighborhood, and Al Mazrouiya neighborhood).

The Authority invited the owners of the following neighborhoods in Al Ahsa Governorate. The Authority called on owners of properties located within the scope of the neighborhoods to quickly register their properties through the real estate registry platform rer.sa before the end of the registration period to benefit from the services of implementing real estate transactions and documenting all changes that occur to the property.

The Real Estate Registry will issue a "property number" and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered. The new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner data, descriptions, status, rights and obligations and all real estate transactions that occur on it, to be the basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, which contributes to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its key enablers.

The Authority stressed that the lack of registration of real estate through the real estate registration platform rer.sa before the registration period expires. It emphasized that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties contained in the Real Estate Registration System, which is determined by a specialized committee to consider violations, and that requests for real estate registration continue in all declared areas even after the expiration of the registration period specified in the announcement decision.
