Mohammed Al-Shaya, Governor of the Jazan Region, revealed the investment opportunities provided by the municipality, which include a range of plots of land designated for various services—such as hotels, hospitals, international schools, and sites in the King Abdullah Suburb—as well as residential towers and other opportunities awaiting investors. This was outlined in a paper presented by Al-Shaya at the Jazan Economic Forum held last week, in which he discussed the incentives offered by the municipality to investors, including the municipality’s commitment to establishing infrastructure as a contribution toward investment and to encourage investment. Al-Shaya noted that investment opportunities have been announced in many key areas, such as markets and the airport, via electronic screens.

The Governor of the Jazan Region said that the Farasan Islands are receiving significant attention from the state and the region’s governor, and we are only waiting to finalize the strategic plan for their development so that we can fulfill the wishes of His Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nasser to transform them into a leading tourist destination in the Arab world.
