<The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs has completed the consultancy study to implement the real estate registration system in all regions of the Kingdom, as part of the development of the Ministry's service programs and the adoption of new systems that invest in all appropriate technologies and harness them to serve the country and the citizen, as the real estate registration system works to provide full legal protection for real estate properties, prevent encroachment, address real estate ownership issues and duplication, and work to end them.
To complement this step, the Ministry has started to provide the infrastructure to operate the real-time mobile cadastral monitoring technology around the clock to implement the real estate registration system, where it started working on the establishment and implementation of (100) cadastral monitoring stations and 12 vertical monitoring stations that work around the clock in all regions of the Kingdom.
It is worth mentioning that it is worth mentioning that the real estate registration system provides full legal protection for real estate properties, prevents encroachment, and addresses the issues of real estate ownership and duplication.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry has prepared a draft future plan for the implementation of the system in coordination with the Ministry of Justice, which includes a timetable for the implementation of the system in all regions of the Kingdom, and the completion of the selection of a number of specialized international expertise houses to invite them to compete for the project, according to the draft contract and the list of proposed consultants.
