This is the “open door” policy that he believes in and wants to generalize it to the governors of the regions to listen on his behalf and that of the Ministry of Interior to listen to citizens' issues and solve them. The noble directive went further to instill confidence in citizens by opening the door wide for ideas and proposals that serve the country and the citizen, so that the citizen is an authentic partner in development and state strategies.
