Jazan Emir sponsors the opening ceremony of the first projects of the Ministry of Housing in Jazan region

<His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Jazan Region, sponsored this evening, in the presence of HE Minister of Housing Dr. Shuwaish bin Saud Al-Duwaihi, the opening ceremony of the first projects of the Ministry of Housing in Jazan region, at the housing site of Abu Hajar village in Samta Governorate.
Upon his arrival at the venue, His Highness cut the ribbon to announce the launch of the Ministry's projects in the Jazan region. After that, the ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, then the Minister of Housing delivered a speech in which he welcomed H.H. the Emir of Jazan and the attendees, reviewing the stages of implementation of the Ministry's projects in Jazan and the start of the Ministry in registering applications for these units from citizens in the region, which took place in a record time that did not exceed sixty days, including registration and verification of applications, noting that the number of those who met the conditions from the region exceeded 51 thousand applicants.
His Excellency pointed out that the ready-made housing products that are under implementation and will be completed during the coming period exceed the number of those entitled to housing units in the region, which confirms that all those who met the conditions will get what they want from those units or through the land and loan or other financing methods available at the ministry.
His Excellency noted the issuance of the approval of His Highness the Emir of Jazan region to name the Abu Hajar housing project as the Jasmine neighborhood, praising the follow-up of His Highness the Emir of Jazan region and the cooperation of the relevant authorities for everything that ensures the implementation of the Ministry's projects in the region.

The Minister of Housing said that the Ministry will start next week the delivery of housing units in Ramada Housing in Samata Governorate, which was implemented by the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Foundation for Developmental Housing, which was approved by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud “may God protect him” to be included in the projects of the Ministry of Housing.

After that, H.H. the Emir of Jazan and HE the Minister of Housing toured a number of housing units and the administration and mosque of the project.
In a press statement following the inauguration of the project, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Jazan region, in his name and on behalf of all the people of the region, expressed thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, His Highness the Vice-President and His Highness the Crown Prince for the attention the leadership pays to all development and service projects in Jazan and other regions, praying to Allah to maintain security and stability in our country and its rulers.

His Highness emphasized that the number of housing beneficiaries in the region has reached more than 51,000 beneficiaries, noting that about 5,000 housing units of the Ministry of Housing are currently under construction that will contribute with the existing projects of the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Parental Foundation for Developmental Housing to provide suitable housing and social and security environment for the citizen in those locations with their health, educational, social, service, security, recreational and other services. His Highness praised the efforts and work exerted by the Ministry of Housing in cooperation with the various relevant authorities in the region to provide everything that benefits everyone. The ceremony was attended by the Undersecretary of Jazan Emirate for Security Affairs, Sultan bin Ahmed Al-Sudairi, and a number of officials in the region and the Ministry of Housing.
