Dhahran International Exhibitions Company, in cooperation with the Eastern Chamber, will organize the four-day Eastern Exhibition and Forum for Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development «Restatex Al-Sharqiya» on Dhul Hijjah 26, at the Dhahran Exhibition Center in Al-Rakah. The Secretary General of the Eastern Chamber, Abdul Rahman Al-Wabel, confirmed that final preparations are currently underway for the launch of the gathering, in which the Ministry of Housing, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry «Committee for the Sale of Real Estate Units on the Map», and the Eastern Province Municipality, in addition to real estate and housing development and investment companies and real estate financing programs that will be offered by financial companies and a group of Saudi banks and banks approved in their recent agreements with the Ministry of Housing and Real Estate Development Fund, pointing out that a number of experts and specialists in real estate will participate in the exhibition activities to discuss many initiatives and challenges Hussein Al-Faraj, CEO of Restatex Eastern Exhibition and Forum, explained that this real estate event is organized in strategic partnership with the Eastern Chamber to represent the first real estate event of this size in the region with the participation and wide sponsorship of the most prominent real estate and housing development and investment companies in the Eastern Province and other regions of the Kingdom that provided support, sponsorship and participation in its activities. He pointed out that the volume of confirmed participants in the exhibition covers all halls of the Dhahran International Exhibition Center, where the visitor to the exhibition will find various housing offers and investment opportunities in addition to the available and new financing programs in the real estate and banking market and from leading financing companies, noting that the sessions of the forum accompanying the exhibition will start the day after the opening.
