The Real Estate Committee demanded the revival of the unified sales contract for all real estate establishments, and the Real Estate Valuation Committee expected that the next four years will witness the emergence of hundreds of appraisers capable of covering the need of the Saudi real estate market, which is considered the first in the Gulf and the Arab world.
