The Real Estate Committee demanded the revival of the unified sales contract for all real estate establishments, and the Real Estate Valuation Committee expected that the next four years will witness the emergence of hundreds of appraisers capable of covering the need of the Saudi real estate market, which is considered the first in the Gulf and the Arab world.
Mohammed Sweileh, Chairman of the Youth Business Committee, revealed the start of preparations and arrangements to hold a meeting characterized by transparency and frankness with officials of the Ministry of Labor, to present all the obstacles facing young businessmen and small business owners, and seek realistic solutions, expecting that the meeting will be held after the end of the Hajj season. Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, Chairman of the Real Estate Committee, confirmed that they are working to revive the unified sales contract in the real estate sector: In our last meeting, we recommended communicating with the Jeddah notary regarding obtaining useful information for the sector, activating the system of owners' associations and proposing a new system for private companies.
