A number of real estate experts and economists in the Eastern Province confirmed that the implementation of the Shura Council's proposal to impose financial fees on undeveloped white lands will clearly contribute to solving the issue of land price inflation and will contribute to breaking the monopoly of these vast areas, especially those located within the urban area, pointing out that a decision of this kind - if implemented - will contribute to solving and addressing the housing crisis that citizens are living in the Kingdom because landowners will be forced to sell the land they own.
