Al-Fanar has successfully obtained ISO certifications in three key areas: Service Management (ISO 20000), Business Continuity (ISO 22301), and information security (ISO 27001), making it the first Saudi company to obtain all these certifications in the Middle East and North Africa region.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) awarded Al-Fanar these «global ISO 20000, 27001, and 22301» certifications in recognition of the excellence of its IT service management, security, and business continuity within the organization. This area is one of the key focuses in Al-Fannar’s strategic plans, aimed at improving the performance of services provided to customers, enhancing information technology to ensure customer satisfaction, and making automated applications highly reliable.
For his part, Engineer Sabah Al-Mutlaq, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Al-Fanar, expressed his great delight at this significant achievement, and emphasized the importance of the company receiving this certification from a prestigious international organization, which is the result of the company’s commitment to enhancing and upgrading its electronic services in accordance with the highest global standards by providing services that meet customer satisfaction andexpectations, adding, ”This achievement places us at the top of the list of companies that have obtained this certification and serves as a global benchmark highlighting the company’s commitment to providing the best services efficiently and competently to our partners and customers in accordance with international standards.“
