The Director General of the Real Estate Development Fund, Muhammad bin Ali Al-Abdani, approved a list of names for the 14th and 15th batches of deceased borrowers whose applications were submitted through the online program and whose families completed the required information. This is in accordance with the order of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, to exempt the deceased from Real Estate Development Fund loans.
Al-Abdani explained that the Fund has completed the procedures for repaying the full amount of the loans for those exempted and releasing the mortgages on their properties—a total of 683 citizens in cities and provinces across the Kingdom, with a total value exceeding 125 million riyals.
