“Al Babtain Real Estate launches Rabwa Al Andalus scheme east of Riyadh

Al Babtain Real Estate Company, a branch of Al Babtain Holding Company, will launch on Sunday, February 23, 2014, the new plan ”Rabwat Al Andalus” located east of Riyadh between Khurais and Khalid bin Al Waleed Street behind Riyadh Mall. This was explained by Mr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al Babtain, Vice President of Al Babtain Real Estate Company, indicating that the plan is located on an area of 185,000 m2 and includes 180 residential plots and 7 large commercial plots ranging from 10 thousand to 15 thousand m2, adding that the residential plots range in size from 375 m2 to 1040 m2, where the necessary preparations for sale on the same site have been completed to receive those wishing to buy and see the site from close up.
The plan is considered distinctive in terms of strategic location and that the smart engineering planning of the infrastructure qualifies it to be the destination of the elite of investors and residents, and the Andalusian Rabwa plan is centered around a network of main arterial roads linked to vital and important sites in Riyadh.
Al Babtain emphasized that the timing of the introduction of the plan came at the right time to meet the need of the market and the many desires to obtain a fully serviced land and in an existing location to start building the house of a lifetime.
Abdulrahman Al Babtain explained that the reason for the high demand for land is the weakness of real estate developers and their inability to provide housing that meets the desires of each family, which increased the demand for the plan where most of those wishing to buy constitute the construction of their homes themselves.
On the future projects that the company intends to launch, he said: “We are preparing to launch other plans in Riyadh, Jeddah, the Eastern Province and Mecca and we will reveal them after the completion of official approvals, as there is a part of those plans ready for launch.
