In implementation of the Royal Decree, the Administrative Judicial Council, after recently reviewing the matter under the chairmanship of Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Al-Nassar, President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Council, and in the presence of Council members, the Royal Order dated 17/4/1435 AH, the Council decided to take the necessary measures to expedite the adjudication of cases filed against the decisions of the Real Estate Contributions Committee and to form a chamber in accordance with the regulations to hear these cases. The Bureau’s official spokesperson, Assistant Secretary of the Council Bandar Al-Faleh, explained that the Council also approved a number of decisions, including the appointment of the President of the Administrative Court of Appeal in the Madinah region and the President of the Administrative Court of Appeal in the Al-Jawf region, as well as the secondment and promotion of two judgesand the appointment of six judges at various judicial levels. He stated that the Council decided to submit the annual report on the Bureau’s activities for the year 1434 AH and the fiscal year 1434/1435 AH to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. It also approved the formation of a number of chambers as required by the public interest.
