Real estate development and investors
Engineer Abdulrahim Al-Tuwaijri, CEO of Mizat Development Company, said: The exhibition «Maskan 3» represented an ideal opportunity to communicate between real estate development companies and investors, and contributed to the presentation of excellent investment opportunities, and we at Mizat are pleased with the distinctive presentation through which we presented our portfolio of multiple projects to investors and the great acceptance of these projects by major financing companies.
He added: «By targeting the «Maskan Exhibition» to the entire Saudi family, and the size of the turnout witnessed by the exhibition, Mizat achieved through its presence and interaction one of the most important objectives that it seeks to achieve by participating in such events, which is to meet directly with its customers and familiarize them with the quality and sophistication of all its projects that are unique to it. Mizaat's continuous endeavor to provide a real estate product in accordance with the highest professional standards, backed by a highly specialized administrative and engineering team and supported by Mizaat's benefit from the expertise of local and international companies with which it has established strategic relationships, as well as the many facilities available to obtain the housing that satisfies their aspirations in one of its projects.»
Workers in the real estate sector explained that future real estate projects need marketing, as the Kingdom will enter a boom in the coming period, pointing out that if there are no good marketing companies, the supply will increase without buyers, especially in light of the high prices witnessed by the real estate market in Saudi Arabia, noting that the real estate market has currently reached unreasonable prices, whether at the small level in the prices of land, apartments or villas, or at the large level such as projects, towers and large raw lands, citing what happens in some Gulf countries that offer housing units without finding buyers.
Promotion of projects
Specialists in the real estate field have seen that it is necessary to develop a map aimed at promoting projects and attracting investors locally and internationally, which contributes significantly to increase the volume of sales of listed projects, and thus develop and improve the real estate sector, which affects the growth of all other vital sectors, and the real estate investment map must target investors, developers and government agencies concerned with urban planning and infrastructure in the country.
Real estate developers said: Real estate marketing is a science of management, which is the main heart of any real estate company, and it is the tool by which the results of real estate companies are measured for better or worse, and the method of real estate marketing is the main factor of transformation and depends directly on the presentation of projects between brokers on the one hand, and direct advertising.
