1152 land plots included in the auction of Al Rehab plan in Dammam

The auction of the Rehab plan, located west of Dammam and next to the city of Dhahran (No. SD 1095) witnessed a great turnout of real estate, investors and businessmen, where the plan consists of 1152 plots of land divided into 110 blocks (land complex), including 7 commercial blocks on commercial streets, and 4 commercial blocks in the center of the plan on 30-meter streets, as the plan contains blocks and plots dedicated to services, namely a hospital, technical institute, power station, school complex for boys, school complex for girls, social center, kindergarten, parks and six mosques.

Al Rehab plan is located within the plans of what is known as the Radar area, which is bordered on the east by the Dhahran-Jubail highway, on the west by the Abu Hadriyah road or the GCC road, on the south by the Dhahran Abqaiq highway, and on the north by the Mohammed bin Abdul Wahab road, an area adjacent to Saudi Aramco, specifically Al Mudarra, the plans located in the Radar area are attractive to investors due to their proximity to many interests and along the transportation arteries in the Eastern Province. It is easy for its residents to reach their workplaces, whether at Aramco, the defense base, the air force headquarters, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals or the Technology Valley for business, as well as the area is attractive because it also facilitates those who work in distant areas smoothly to move to the highway to go to their workplaces, either Babqiq in the south or Ras Al Tanura in the north or the port in the east or the airport in the west, bypassing the congestion of Dammam and Khobar.
The auction was attended by a group of serious investors who are determined to establish investment projects, in addition to a large number of businessmen and real estate professionals eager to attend the auction in anticipation of the price curve in the cities of Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran, and the most important features of the auction were that it reflected the price picture of the market reality to a large extent.
