Chinese companies have invented new building materials that are less expensive than the current building materials in the Saudi market, and they have been applied in a number of countries such as China, Malaysia and the United States of America, and have proven their success, stressing that the success rate and acceptance of the Saudi market for them is great, and that they will solve the housing issue in the Kingdom by 70%.

The lifespan of these materials is years, and their renewal is a quarter of the original value. The shelf life of these materials is 10 years, provided that they are renewed at a quarter of the original value, explaining that the cost of building a house for 400 thousand by traditional building materials corresponds to 150 thousand riyals with the new Chinese building materials, provided that they are renewed every 10 years for an amount not exceeding 50 thousand Saudi riyals only.
