<The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Abha on Saturday organized a course on (Real Estate Valuation) presented by a member of the Saudi Society for Urban Sciences, Engineer Mohammed Babahar, at the Chamber's headquarters in Abha. The five-day course aims to qualify and provide national cadres capable of dealing professionally in the fields of real estate valuation in the local market.

<The course presented a number of topics, including an introduction to real estate valuation, the conditions that must be met in the appraiser, work ethics in the profession and the real estate market, the basics of valuation and factors affecting the value of real estate through scientific methods and their use in real estate valuation.

<This course comes within the series of courses organized by the Abha Chamber of Industry and its keenness to seek to develop business owners in the field of real estate and keep pace with the requirements of the local real estate markets.
