The General Real Estate Authority announced the launch of in-person registration for more than 47,000 real estate parcels across three regions, distributed as follows: 18,636 properties in 32 neighborhoods in the Riyadh region, 13,388 properties in 11 neighborhoods in the Eastern Province, and 15,233 properties in 28 neighborhoods in the Qassim region.

According to the General Real Estate Authority, the registration of these properties will begin on November 9, 2025, and continue until the end of February 12, Registration will be available online via this link, or through service centers, and a title deed that meets regulatory requirements is required to complete the registration process.

The Real Estate Authority has emphasized the necessity of registering the property within the announced timeframe to avoid the financial penalties stipulated in the real estate registration system. Inquiries regarding the real estate registration process can be made through the Authority’s official platforms or by calling the Customer Service Center at 199002.

We list the neighborhoods eligible for physical registration in the Al-Qassim region, including: ”Al-Afq Neighborhood, Al-Marqab Neighborhood, Al-Muntazah Neighborhood, Industrial Zone Neighborhood, Al-Nuzha Neighborhood, Al-Nahda Neighborhood, Gaf Al-Jawa Neighborhood, Rawd Al-Jawa Neighborhood, Al-Rafiah Neighborhood, Othal Neighborhood, East Othal Neighborhood, North Othal Neighborhood, West Othal Neighborhood, Part of West Buraydah Neighborhood, Al-Rabwah Neighborhood, Al-Rawdah Neighborhood, Al-Rayyan Neighborhood, Al-Salam Neighborhood, Al-Safaa Neighborhood, Al-Qadisiyah Neighborhood, Al-Muntazah Neighborhood, Al-Nour Neighborhood, Al-Hijrah Neighborhood.”

As for the neighborhoods benefiting from in-person registration in Riyadh, they include: “Part of Al-Nour neighborhood, part of Granada neighborhood, part of Arira neighborhood, part of Al-Saih neighborhood, Al-Qadisiyah neighborhood, Al-Hamra neighborhood, Al-Manar neighborhood, Samanan neighborhood, Al-Rawda neighborhood, Al-Khalidiyah neighborhood, Al-Sina’iya District, Al-Rabwah District, Al-Rayyan District, Al-Nada District, Al-Nafl District, Al-Shifa District, Al-Dira District, King Abdulaziz District, Al-Zahra District, Al-Rawda District, Al-Nakhil District, Al-Aziziyah District, Al-Nahda District, Al-Yasmin District, and Al-Shifa District.”
