The Royal Commission for Riyadh City announced The Royal Commission for Riyadh City announced that the eligibility results for applicants to purchase residential land through the «Al-Tawazun Real Estate» platform will be announced on Sunday, November 9, 2025, following the conclusion of the application period, which began on September 11 and ended at 12:00 a.m. on Thursday.

The Authority stated that the relevant authorities will begin reviewing the submitted applications and assessing the eligibility of applicants in accordance with the approved regulations and criteria, in preparation for conducting an electronic lottery among those who qualify to determine the final beneficiaries.

The land will then be allocated to the winners of the lottery, and they will be notified to complete the contracting and payment procedures in accordance with the prices specified through the platform.

The launch of the «Real Estate Balance» platform comes in implementation of the Royal Decree mandating the provision of planned and developed residential land for citizens within the city of Riyadh, at a rate of between 10,000 and 40,000 plots annually over the next five years, at prices not exceeding 1,500 riyals per square meter, thereby reinforcing the Kingdom’s efforts to enable citizens to own homes and achieve the Vision 2030 goals of improving the quality of life in the capital.
