Applications and registrations will continue to be accepted until Thursday, February 12, 2026. The Real Estate Registry has specified the neighborhoods where registration is scheduled to begin, which are distributed across three main regions of the Kingdom: Riyadh, Al-Qassim, and the Northern Region.

The real estate registration initiative, covering approximately 47,257 real estate parcels in the Riyadh, Al-Qassim, and Eastern regions, aims to establish a unified reference for all real estate data. Based on this initiative, a property number and a title deed will be issued for each unit officially registered through the platform.
