On Thursday evening, the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition concluded with the announcement of an exceptional leap in the global real estate sector’s performance, as this year’s expo recorded $63 billion in deals and transactions during its run—a clear indication of the market’s growing momentum and investor confidence.
Cityscape revealed at the closing ceremony that 42 countries participated, showcasing their latest real estate projects and developments, alongside exhibitors from 15 new countries joining for the first time this year—a testament to the event’s rising international appeal.
This year’s edition saw remarkable growth in the number of exhibitors by 24%, with an increase of 577 exhibitors compared to last year, making this one of the largest editions in the exhibition’s history.
Cityscape Global also announced that the 2025 edition will be twice as large as the inaugural 2023 edition, reflecting the tremendous expansion in demand from international companies eager to participate and showcase their future projects.
At the conclusion of the exhibition, it was also revealed that participating organizations manage assets exceeding $6.1 trillion—a sixfold increase compared to the first edition— further cementing Cityscape’s position as the largest global real estate platform bringing together investors, developers, and decision-makers.
Cityscape Global 2025 kicked off in Riyadh last Monday, November 17, in the presence of Their Excellencies and a number of international decision-makers and real estate sector leaders from within and outside the Kingdom. The event was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in partnership with the General Real Estate Authority and the Housing Program—one of the initiatives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030—and organized by Tahaf.
The “Cityscape Global 2025” exhibition highlighted the major transformation taking place in the Kingdom’s real estate sector, as a fundamental pillar of the national economy, and a key driver of comprehensive development, by showcasing major urban projects and innovative initiatives that reflect the Kingdom’s growing status as a global investment hub.
The exhibition showcased the latest real estate technologies (PropTech), modern construction methods, and experiences smart cities, along with panel discussions and workshops bringing together a select group of ministers, decision-makers, and global developers to discuss the future of investment, legislation, and financing in the real estate sector.
Cityscape continues to cement its position as one of the world’s largest real estate exhibitions and reinforces Saudi Arabia’s standing on the global urban development map, building on a history of success in its 2024 edition, during which deals totaling more than $5.3 billion were closed.
