The Real Estate Development Fund and the “Sakani” program signed an agreement to establish a technical integration between the “Real Estate Advisor” and ”Sakani” platforms; which aims to develop digital services, enhance digital integration, and facilitate users" access to financing and housing recommendations, and comes as an extension of efforts to develop the digital ecosystem.
The Fund’s CEO, Engineer Luai Al-Nahid, confirmed in press statements that the signing of this memorandum is part of efforts to develop the digital ecosystem and strengthen technical partnerships to improve the efficiency of the services provided, streamline procedures, offer more integrated financing and housing options through unified platforms, and enhance the beneficiary experience—all in support of the objectives of the housing program, which is one of the programs under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
Engineer Rayan Al-Aql, CEO of NHC Innovation, explained that this collaboration is an important step toward building a more integrated digital environment in the housing sector, emphasizing that the harmonization of technical systems between the ”Real Estate Fund” and ”Sakani” will help streamline the user experience and enable users to access housing and financing solutions more efficiently, thereby achieving the desired integration within the housing system.
The Real Estate Development Fund aims to increase the first-home ownership rate to 70% by 2030 through the use of advanced digital systems and effective partnerships with financing and technology providers.
