The MoU signed between Saudi Council of Engineers and Ayin Platform plays an important role in raising the efficiency of the real estate inspection system by supporting the 102030 initiative, which aims to develop the real estate sector by providing innovative digital solutions, as it is announced that the initiative will provide about ten thousand job opportunities in the real estate inspection, examination and field survey sector by 2030.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) includes a number of services that support the real estate inspection system and engineering services comprehensively, which enhances the attractiveness of the Saudi real estate sector. The memorandum of understanding signed between the two sides includes a number of objectives, at the forefront of which is the coordination between the objectives of the training programs provided by the Ayn platform and the requirements of the Saudi Commission for Engineers, in the fields of real estate inspection and inspection, in addition to studying the market requirements for skills and providing engineers with them, which will help them practice self-employment in the real estate inspection and inspection sector.
