Global industry leaders, experts, and organizations from 173 countries will gather in Riyadh tomorrow, Sunday, as part of the 21st General Conference of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), which the Kingdom is hosting under the title “World Industry Summit 2025″.
This edition of the conference, organized by UNIDO in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, is held under the theme “The Power of Investment and Partnerships to Accelerate the Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals,” and aims to envision the future of sustainable manufacturing worldwide, strengthen cooperation between major industrialized and developing countries, and empower women and the younger generation to become integral parts of shaping the future of global industry.
The conference events will take place at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh from November 23 to 27, 2025, serving as a global platform to shape the future of sustainable industry, and a roadmap linking digital transformation, climate action, and economic resilience, alongside its pivotal role in unifying a comprehensive industrial agenda across both emerging and advanced economies.
The conference will see broad participation from representatives of governments, international organizations, the private sector, academic institutions, and entrepreneurs, with more than 150 speakers participating in its sessions, including 20 ministers and 35 CEOs of leading global companies, alongside prominent speakers from Arab countries and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
