Through its participation in the Restax 2016 exhibition, held in Jeddah in the middle of last week, Ard Al-Fakhamah unveiled its new projects to its clients, Engineer Abdulrahman Al-Amin, the company’s general manager, spoke exclusively to the newspaper “Amlak” about the company’s participation in the exhibition and the marketing of the “Ard Al-Fakhamah,” which is located on a 2,500-meter site and features a complex comprising four buildings with an innovative design in the form of interlocking cubes that blend perfectly with the marble elements.

Al-Amin highlighted the comprehensive services offered by the project, which include gardens, parks, family lounges, swimming pools, a “Jam” club for men, and another for women, in addition to a games room for youth and a coffee shop providing high-end services to residents, Al-Amin stated that the units feature smart building technology and include after-sales services provided by the homeowners“ association for a period of five years, noting that each apartment consists of five rooms spread over 200 square meters, with two balconies, as well as a fully equipped and furnished separate room for the driver, They come with a five-year warranty for plumbing and electrical work and a ten-year warranty for the structural framework, in addition to thermal insulation.

The company’s general manager confirmed that work on the project is well underway and, God willing, delivery will take place at the end of June next year, with sales contracts scheduled to be issued by the end of this year, God willing. In response to a question from ”Amlak” about upcoming projects, Al-Amin revealed a hotel project on Madinah Road consisting of 18 floors and containing 100 hotel apartments, which will be a true asset to the hospitality sector thanks to the project’s creative design vision, luxurious furnishings, and prime location.
