Virtual Branch for Unoccupied Land a modern digital platform that enables beneficiaries to access various services of the White Land Fees and Vacant Properties program entirely online, including procedures, follow-up, and inquiries, without the need for in-person visits.
The virtual branch aims to provide an advanced digital experience in line with the digital transformation goals in the real estate sector by making all services available online, simplifying procedures, and expediting transactions, thereby contributing to higher beneficiary satisfaction.
The virtual branch is based on three main objectives: First, to facilitate service for customers by enabling them to access all services electronically without the hassle of travel or in-person visits. Second, it aims to improve the user experience by providing an easy-to-use, seamless interface that ensures clear procedures and fast processing. The third objective is to enable digital transformation in line with the National Transformation Goals for the real estate sector, while enhancing operational efficiency and the quality of services provided.
