In order to be informed by opinions and proposals, the Ministry of Housing recently organized a workshop entitled "Stakeholder Survey on the Executive Regulation of the White Land Fees System" in the Meridian Al-Khobar Hotel to solicit the opinions and proposals of officials of some competent government agencies, members of the Real Estate Committee of the Chamber of Commerce, landowners, real estate developers, financial institutions and writers specialized in housing and real estate affairs.space"> at the Meridian Al Khobar Hotel to explore the opinions and proposals of officials of some competent government agencies, members of the Real Estate Committee of the Chamber of Commerce, landowners, real estate developers, financial institutions, writers specialized in housing and real estate affairs, and opinion writers on some of the main topics in the regulation.
<p class="p1The Ministry has also intensified its efforts at this stage to expand the base of participation to include all relevant parties and a similar workshop is scheduled to be held in Riyadh.
Believing in the need for participation of various segments of society, the Ministry launched a website on the Ministry's web page (http://housing.gov.sa/ar whitelands)
for interested parties to enable them to communicate their suggestions and ideas, believing that the participation of public opinion and all relevant parties would produce an integrated regulation. It is worth noting that the ministry held a workshop with the ministries of "Finance, Municipal and Rural Affairs, Justice, Economy and Planning, Trade and Industry" to coordinate to draft the regulation as stipulated in Article 13 of the White Land Fees Law, and another workshop will follow during the next month to finalize the final draft of the regulation before submitting it to the Cabinet.
