As part of efforts to enhance compliance with the rules and regulations governing the valuation profession, the Saudi Organization for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem), in cooperation with the General Real Estate Authority (GRA), carried out a number of joint inspection tours on real estate valuation facilities in Riyadh city.

The tours carried out by the Saudi Commission for Accredited Valuers “Taqeem“, in cooperation with the General Real Estate Authority, included a number of real estate valuation facilities, and aimed to follow up and review a number of issues, including:
- Verify that the facilities comply with the statutory requirements.
- Ensure that practicing appraisers and facilities have the necessary licenses from the Authority.
- Practicing assessment in accordance with the approved regulatory frameworks.
- Monitoring the performance of assessment facilities and accredited assessors.
- Raising the level of transparency and reliability in appraisal work.
The Saudi Authority for Valuers emphasized its keenness to achieve partnership with Public Authority for Real Estate in unifying efforts and integrating roles between the two entities to contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the real estate sector and regulating its practices, and the regulatory report issued by the Authority for the third quarter of 2025 revealed the following:

- Processing 58 reports related to professional violations.
- Referring 49 violations to the committee to consider violations of the provisions of the Certified Valuers Law.
- In addition to referring 4 violators to the Public Prosecution.
Also, the committee issued 53 statutory decisions that included disciplinary penalties in accordance with the law.
