In the framework of raising real estate reliability and enhancing transparency in the real estate sector, the General Authority for Real Estate announced the start of real estate registration work for about 160 thousand real estate pieces distributed in 3 regions within the Kingdom, starting from December 21, 2025, corresponding to Rajab 1, 1447 AH, until the end of March 26, 2026, corresponding to Shawwal 7, 1447 AH.
