The Kuwaiti-Bahraini Trading and Contracting Company announced the launch of its first residential project in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the “Vision” residential tower (Vision) in the Juffair area, in partnership with Arsan Real Estate, a company active in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait and a leader in the field of residential architectural projects.

The tower is located on Juffair Ring Road, near the «Fontana Towers» and the Marriott Hotel. The project will consist of a residential tower, with units designed as one- and two-bedroom apartments of varying sizes, some featuring ocean views and smart designs to suit all tastes. The tower features a distinctive and modern range of amenities, such as a fully equipped health club, a tennis court, a squash court, a jogging track, and a family pool, as well as a coffee shop, a cinema, a children’s playroom, 24-hour security, and round-the-clock surveillance cameras as well.

Nasser Al-Nasser, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwaiti-Bahraini Trading and Contracting Company, explained that the project will be offered for freehold ownership to Bahrainis, Gulf nationals, and foreigners. Initial reservations for residential units are expected to begin through the project’s showcase platform at the Bahrain 'City Center."
