“Housing” signs agreements with 11 national companies to build more than 56 thousand housing units

The Ministry of Housing strengthened its partnership in its projects by signing cooperation agreements with a group of national real estate developers to build more than 56 thousand housing units for housing support beneficiaries on private lands, including the regions of Riyadh, Makkah, Sharqiya, Hail and Tabuk.

The agreement comes within the framework of the ministry's cooperation with real estate developers to secure thousands of housing units in all regions of the Kingdom according to the citizen's own choice and according to the specific specifications that depend on high quality, diverse options, appropriate price and delivery in short periods.

The ministry explained in a press release that the agreements included 11 real estate development companies, to establish 56,099 housing units, noting that the Makkah region will have the highest number of housing units with 42,183 housing units, including 41,998 units in Jeddah governorate and 189 units in Taif governorate implemented by five real estate companies, while the Riyadh region has received 8,518 housing units, implemented by two real estate development companies.

The ministry explained in a press release that the agreements included 11 real estate development companies, to establish 56,099 housing units.

The ministry explained that the agreement included the Hail region with 1394 housing units implemented by two real estate companies, while the number of housing units to be secured in the Tabuk region amounted to 2304 housing units, while the housing units in Khobar governorate in the Eastern Province reached 1700 housing units.

The housing units include various public services and vital facilities associated with residential neighborhoods, noting that it targets a wide segment of residential areas in the Kingdom, as it includes more than six major cities in five regions that merge into a unified residential environment in which all services are available.
