The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has invited interested parties to review the indicative models of articles of incorporation and statutes for each type of company issued by Minister Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabeeah, in accordance with Article 225 (1) of the new Companies Law issued by Royal Decree No. M/3 dated 28/1/1437 H.

The models stipulate that “Indicative models of articles of incorporation and statutes for each type of company shall be issued by a decision of the Minister within one hundred and twenty days from the date of promulgation of the Law, and shall be published on the Ministry's website, and shall be effective from the date of the Law.”

The models are to be implemented from the date of the Law's entry into force. It is scheduled to start working in conjunction with the activation of the new system of companies, and it is noteworthy that the ministry has published the models at http://mci.gov.sa/cl2015
