The Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, represented by its Real Estate Committee, will host real estate expert Salman bin Abdullah bin Saidan, Chairman of the Salman bin Abdullah bin Saidan Real Estate Group, for a lecture titled “Safe Real Estate Investment,” tomorrow, Tuesday, March 22, at the Chamber’s premises.
On this occasion, Hamad bin Ali Al-Shuwaier, a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, extended an invitation to those interested in investing in the real estate sector to attend the lecture, stating that it is part of the committee’s plan to raise investment awareness in the sector and present the latest real estate market trends, thereby helping to provide investors with a clearer picture so they can make sound investment decisions at the right time.
Al-Shuwaier added that the lecture will also feature a report on the achievements and activities carried out by the Real Estate Committee and its subcommittees, emphasizing that the committee and its branches aim to strengthen the real estate sector, develop its activities, and overcome the obstacles and challenges facing the sector and its investors, as the committee is committed to articulating the sector’s concerns and challenges and conveying them to the relevant government officials in order to identify mechanisms for overcoming them.
Real estate expert Ibn Saidan is expected to share his insights on the best mechanisms and methods for safe real estate investment in light of market trends and developments, He will also paint a picture of the current real estate landscape with a focus on the city of Riyadh, lead a discussion with attendees interested in or working in the real estate investment sector, and answer their questions.
