Organized by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at) organized yesterday the Real Estate Brokerage Forumat the Enterprise Support Center in Jeddah, with the aim of raising awareness about real estate and providing an opportunity to meet with real estate experts, specialists, and practitioners to exchange insights and ideas and discuss the future of this vital sector in the Kingdom.
The forum aims to build an intellectual and professional platform to advance the real estate brokerage profession, discuss the impact of legislative and regulatory updates on the sector, highlight the concept of value in real estate products and meet market needs, and to support public-private partnerships.
The real estate brokerage sector is one of the key pillars in achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which aims to develop the national economy and diversify sources of income, in addition to creating an attractive and transparent real estate environment that guarantees the rights of all parties, and to promote private-sector investment in this vital field. The forum also reflects the Authority’s commitment to strengthening governance and enhancing the efficiency of practitioners.
