Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center has confirmed that the completion of all household connections for <a href="https://amlak.net.Infrastructure is a prerequisite for the approval of new residential plans in the city of Riyadh, according to the "Home Connections Guide“ adopted by the Center as one of the pillars of the residential plans readiness initiative, which was announced within the transformative ”Origins“ program launched by the Center to regulate the infrastructure sector and raise the efficiency of planning, implementation and quality of work.

He explained that the Home Connections Guide is a comprehensive reference that aims to ensure the readiness of all new plans with a complete, reliable and scalable infrastructure, in addition to defining obligations, standardizing procedures for implementing home connections in accordance with technical standards, approved materials, and procedural requirements for water, electricity and telecom service providers, defining technical and regulatory responsibilities, and ensuring future readiness to implement and deliver infrastructure that meets technical and future developments.

The Center stressed that the application of this obligation enhances efficiency of planning and implementation, increases the reliability of infrastructure works, and ensures the readiness of residential neighborhoods before occupancy, reflecting positively on the urban landscape and quality of life in Riyadh city, indicating that the guide is available for viewing on the Center's website.
The Infrastructure Projects Center in the Riyadh region explained that this initiative comes within the "Assol" program, which includes a set of transformational initiatives aimed at developing the infrastructure system, raising the level of coordination between the relevant authorities, and improving the quality of work.
