The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing continued during 2025 to achieve qualitative achievements in the <a href="https://amlak.net.the housing sector, which contributed to increasing the housing supply, enhancing housing stability for Saudi families, and raising the efficiency of the real estate market, within an integrated system based on developing the housing supply, expanding financing solutions, and enhancing the regulatory and legislative environment, in order to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in raising the ownership rate and improving the quality of life.

Stimulating housing supply
The ministry explained that its efforts to stimulate housing supply and real estate development resulted in the launch of more than 108,000 housing units within the off-plan sales product, in addition to issuing sales licenses for more than 97,000 housing units, reflecting the maturity of the regulatory environment, the high efficiency of development tools, enhancing the reliability of the real estate market, and stimulating private sector participation in increasing housing supply.
On the side of beneficiary empowerment and housing support, more than 18,000 housing units were delivered to beneficiaries, within integrated support paths aimed at enabling Saudi families to own property, enhancing housing stability, and balancing between supply and demand in various regions of the Kingdom.
Land rollout via Sakani platform
Efforts also included offering more than 12,000 plots of land through the "Sakani" platform, which contributes to expanding ownership options, supporting urban planning and increasing the efficiency of land use within urban areas to keep pace with population growth.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing emphasized that these achievements come as an extension of its strategy to increase the efficiency of the housing supply, enhance financing solutions, and develop regulations and legislation that support the sustainability of the housing sector, pointing out that the Ministry is continuously working to enhance partnership with the private and non-profit sectors, accelerate the pace of implementation, and achieve a sustainable economic and social impact that contributes to raising the percentage of residential ownership and achieving the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.
