The Ministry of Housing announced the start of the viewing and reservation phase for housing subsidy beneficiaries in the Jeddah “Tallal Al-Ghoroub” housing project, with affordable monthly installments starting at 875 riyals and prices starting at 419,770 riyals.

The Ministry also announced the start of reservations for two housing projects in the city: “Bawabat Taybah,” located 10 minutes from the Prophet’s Mosque in a residential neighborhood with full services, with monthly installments starting at 900 riyals, and ”Durat Al-Madinah,” located 7 kilometers from the Prophet’s Holy Mosque, with monthly installments starting at 925 riyals.

On April 30, the Ministry of Housing announced the start of reservation procedures for six new projects providing 14,873 housing units in the cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah. It announced the start of reservations and site visits for the “Iskan Rataaj Makkah,” ”Bayut Al-Zamil,” and ”Ishraq Living” projects in Riyadh.
