The workshop addressed the procedures for sorting real estate units, the technical requirements associated with them, mechanisms for developing services and facilitating their use, in addition to regulatory and technical developments aimed at raising the level of accuracy and reliability in sorting operations, and enhancing integration between relevant authorities and practitioners in the real estate sector.
They discussed the challenges that beneficiaries may face during the sorting process, ways to address them, and developing communication and guidance channels, in order to expedite the completion of applications, facilitate procedures, and raise the level of transparency in real estate services.
The workshop comes as part of the Makkah Chamber of Commerce’s efforts to enhance communication between regulatory bodies and private sector establishments, raise awareness of real estate regulations and updates, and enable practitioners and investors to keep pace with developments in the sector, in support of the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
Real estate unit sorting services
The General Authority for Real Estate had previously explained that the Real Estate Unit Sorting Program is an integrated real estate service that supports various stages of the property journey, within a single system offering a range of services related to real estate unit sorting. This system includes electronic sorting, which allows for the execution of sorting procedures electronically, as well as re-sorting as one of the services available within the program.
The services also include premium sorting, in addition to evaluating and integrating the national address, to provide services that support different stages of the property journey.
These services are part of the Real Estate Unit Sorting Program, which combines sorting-related services into a single, integrated system.
