In a total area of 1159958 m2, the Ministry of Housing announced the distribution of 900 housing units in the Hafar Al-Batin housing project to 900 eligible families who applied on the housing support portal “Housing”. The project includes a number of service facilities that meet the needs of beneficiaries, including mosques, schools, health centers, security, entertainment and commercial centers, and integrated all infrastructure services such as water, electricity, communications and other networks, and is characterized by an innovative model plan that distributes various services and facilities, and is one of the projects implemented by the Ministry in the Eastern Province, while one housing unit area is 500 m2.
On this occasion, HRH Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, who opened the project, stressed that the project is an extension of the service projects that are being implemented in the Eastern Province in order to achieve sustainable development and provide all the needs of citizens in various fields, praising the role and efforts of the Ministry of Housing and its programs aimed at providing appropriate housing for all citizens, congratulating the beneficiaries of the project.
In the same context, Minister of Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail stressed that the ministry's projects will not stop at this limit and continue in an effort to provide appropriate housing for all citizens with high quality, diverse options and appropriate price as soon as possible, in implementation of the directives of the rulers - may God protect them - and in line with the Saudi Vision 2030, stressing that the ministry is working on many projects that serve all segments of society, and has launched and will launch a number of programs and initiatives aimed at enabling demand and supporting supply, thus developing the sector, supporting it and enabling citizens to own appropriate housing, and stressed together
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Housing started earlier this month to allocate 100 thousand housing products to eligible people in all regions of the Kingdom, including housing units in the form of villas and apartments, as well as land, in addition to financing solutions, stressing that the Ministry will continue to pump more projects and programs to support the sector that will facilitate the ownership of appropriate housing that suits all groups.
